Job Description

As an HR Manager at Human Capital Solutions, you will oversee all HR functions, from recruitment to employee development. You’ll be instrumental in creating a positive workplace environment and facilitating training programs to maximize team performance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain an employee handbook outlining policies.
  • Collaborate with department heads on workforce planning.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety legislation.
  • Establish and maintain positive employee relations.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for improvements.
  • Promote a culture of health and wellness in the workplace.
  • Stay updated with HR best practices and legal requirements.

  • Coordinate organizational development and succession planning.
  • Support talent acquisition strategies to attract top candidates.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or HR-related field
  • Master's degree in Business Administration is preferred
