We are seeking a passionate Online Educator to develop and deliver online courses in Durban. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design and e-learning technologies, with a focus on enhancing student engagement.

Responsibilities

• Manage and facilitate online discussion forums to foster engagement.
• Conduct evaluations of course effectiveness and learning outcomes.
• Provide mentorship and support to students in their learning journey.
• Research and apply evidence-based practices in online education.
• Assist in the administrative tasks related to course management.
• Contribute to the development of e-learning strategies and initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Master's degree in Education or Instructional Design is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in online education or training
