• Manage and facilitate online discussion forums to foster engagement.
• Conduct evaluations of course effectiveness and learning outcomes.
• Provide mentorship and support to students in their learning journey.
• Research and apply evidence-based practices in online education.
• Assist in the administrative tasks related to course management.
• Contribute to the development of e-learning strategies and initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field
• Master's degree is preferred
• Learning Management Systems (LMS) Proficient in using platforms like Moodle or Blackboard.
• E-learning Development Tools Experience with tools like Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate.
• Communication Ability to communicate effectively with diverse learners.
• Team collaboration Experience in working effectively in team settings.
• Certified Online Instructor
• Instructional Design Certificate
• English (Fluent)

• Knowledge of educational technologies: Experience with emerging technologies in online education.
• Experience with mobile learning solutions: Ability to adapt courses for mobile access.
