We are on the lookout for a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our Cape Town team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a background in financial management. You'll be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making within the company.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Support financial modeling and scenario analysis.
• Assist in the implementation of financial systems and tools.
• Evaluate the financial viability of projects and initiatives.
• Work closely with operations to improve profitability.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes affecting the financial industry.
• Participate in forecasting and budgeting initiatives.
• Facilitate communication of financial information throughout the organization.
• Mentor junior analysts and support their professional development.
• Promote financial literacy across departments.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
• Master's degree in Finance or Business Administration preferred

Experience

• 4-6 years of experience in financial planning or analysis

Certifications

• CMA - Certified Management Accountant
