We are seeking a highly motivated Warehouse Manager to oversee our Port Elizabeth operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in warehouse management, ensuring efficient operations and the safety of team members. This role involves managing daily operations, overseeing inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the warehouse team to ensure high efficiency in operations.
• Ensure proper inventory management and accuracy in stock levels.
• Develop and implement training programs for staff.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain safety standards.
• Optimize warehouse layout for improved workflow.
• Prepare reports on warehouse performance.
• Work closely with the procurement team to manage supplies.
• Address and resolve any operational issues promptly.
• Foster a culture of teamwork and safety.
• Evaluate and enhance warehouse procedures for efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse management or logistics
