Responsibilities

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
• Evaluate financial performance metrics and recommend strategies for improvement.
• Work on ad-hoc financial projects and analyses as needed.
• Engage in risk management activities to mitigate financial risks.
• Facilitate internal communications regarding financial performance and insights.
• Mentor interns and junior analysts in financial analysis best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• CFA or relevant advanced certification preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis or investment banking
