Conduit Reamer Operator

Job Description

As a Conduit Reamer Operator, you will play a pivotal role in our manufacturing process by operating and maintaining reaming machinery to ensure precise inner surfaces of conduit pipes. We're looking for someone who enjoys hands-on work within a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate reaming machinery for optimal performance.
• Conduct quality checks on conduit pipes post-processing to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Document operational activities and maintenance performed on machinery.
• Support the team in continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting process enhancements.
• Participate in safety training and contribute to a safe working environment.

Requirements

Education

• Matric qualification
• Certification in operating machinery is advantageous

Experience

• At least 1 year of experience in operating reaming machinery

Technical Skills

• Mechanical aptitude

Certifications

Languages
