We are seeking a motivated IT Support Technician to join our team in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing IT support requests, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to printers, copiers, and other peripherals.
• Assist in managing user accounts and permissions.
• Provide advice on IT best practices and policies.
• Conduct training sessions for staff on new systems and software.
• Collaborate with vendors for hardware and software procurement.
• Document and refine IT support processes to improve efficiency.
