• Design and conduct effective field studies to meet research objectives.
• Prepare timely reports summarizing research findings and recommendations.
• Train and mentor junior research staff on best practices.
• Utilize statistical software to analyze research data.
• Contribute to the development of research proposals and grant applications.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity in all research practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Research Methods, or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage
• Data Collection Skilled in various data collection methods including surveys and interviews.
• Statistical Analysis Proficient in analyzing data sets to derive meaningful insights.
• Communication Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences.
• Problem-solving Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• English (Fluent)
• Afrikaans (Intermediate)

• Experience in community engagement or outreach roles: Demonstrated ability to work with community members and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in multiple languages: Ability to conduct research in various languages to cater to diverse populations.
