Responsibilities

• Perform physical therapy treatments using advanced techniques and tools.
• Oversee and guide physiotherapy assistants in therapy sessions.
• Work with patients to set specific, measurable rehabilitation goals.
• Evaluate outcomes and modify treatment plans as required.
• Conduct community outreach and education related to health and wellness.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy
• Postgraduate qualifications preferred

Experience

• 3-7 years of clinical physiotherapy experience preferred

Certifications

• Physiotherapy registration with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA)

• Specialisation in sports physiotherapy: Experience working with athletes and sports-related injuries.
• Previous experience in outpatient settings: Experience working in a fast-paced outpatient physiotherapy department.
