We are seeking a dedicated Public Health Nurse to join our team in Kimberley. As a Public Health Nurse, you will play a vital role in promoting community health, managing health programs, and educating the public on various health issues. You will collaborate with local health authorities to address health disparities and improve overall community wellness.

Responsibilities

• Implement strategies for health promotion and disease prevention.
• Serve as a liaison between the community and health services.
• Participate in public health policy development.
• Conduct data collection and analysis for health programs.
• Facilitate community meetings to gather health concerns.
• Develop educational materials for various audiences.
• Assist in the management of public health crises.
• Evaluate and report on program outcomes and effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and standards.
• Promote healthy lifestyle choices through community engagement.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (B.N.)
• Master's degree in Public Health is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in community health or public health settings
