• Conduct inspections and audits during construction phases.
• Review contractor proposals and negotiate contracts.
• Document changes and variations to project scope.
• Engage with local authorities to secure necessary permits and approvals.
• Participate in project meetings and provide updates on progress.
• Foster a culture of health and safety awareness among project teams.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Master's in Structural Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in civil engineering projects

• AutoCAD
• Civil 3D

Certifications

• LEED Accredited Professional
• Safe Work Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
