We are currently seeking a talented Architectural Design Engineer to join our creative team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in architectural principles, with hands-on experience in design software and project management. You'll be key in shaping innovative designs that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptual design and development of architectural projects.
• Create 3D renderings and visualizations to present designs to clients.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve cohesive designs.
• Review and adjust designs based on feedback from clients and stakeholders.
• Oversee the construction process, ensuring designs are executed as planned.
• Maintain compliance with local building codes and zoning regulations.
• Develop project documentation, including contracts and project schedules.
• Participate in design workshops and brainstorming sessions.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and community stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in architectural design
