Property Manager

Job Description

As a Property Manager in our company, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple properties across Cape Town. This includes managing tenant relationships, coordinating maintenance requests, and ensuring that properties are in compliance with safety regulations. You will be instrumental in creating a positive living experience for all tenants.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the leasing process, ensuring smooth transitions for new tenants.
• Monitor property condition and take necessary action for maintenance and repairs.
• Assist with budgeting for property upkeep and operational costs.
• Establish relationships with real estate agents for property marketing.
• Conduct market research to determine rental prices and attract tenants.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure quality of service is upheld.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Business Administration or related field
• Property Management qualification is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in managing properties or real estate
