In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, workforce management, and adherence to safety standards. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator with a proven track record in project management within the construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all construction projects from beginning to end.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.
• Manage resource allocation, including materials, equipment, and personnel.
• Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and expectations.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers.
• Track project performance and report on progress and any variances.
• Prepare risk assessments and develop contingency plans.
• Maintain high standards of quality in project deliverables.
• Mentor and develop junior project staff.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or relevant experience
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in managing construction projects
