You will be involved in the entire recruitment process, from understanding hiring needs to presenting candidates to hiring managers. We're seeking someone with a keen eye for talent and the ability to build strong relationships with candidates.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process for a diverse range of positions.
• Utilize social media and professional networks to source potential candidates.
• Screen resumes and perform initial phone interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Provide feedback and support to candidates throughout the selection process.
• Prepare and present candidate shortlists to hiring managers.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring strategies.
• Build relationships with local universities for internship opportunities.
• Educate hiring managers on effective interviewing techniques.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to hiring.

Requirements

Experience

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or HR.

Technical Skills

• Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• HR Software

Languages

• English: Fluent
