As a Sales Associate at Dynamic Retail Solutions, you will play a crucial role in offering exceptional customer service, ensuring that our clients find the products they need while having a rewarding shopping experience. Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
• Ensure store cleanliness and organization is maintained.
• Assist in managing stock levels and placing orders as needed.
• Perform sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Engage customers to provide product recommendations.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly targets.
• Engage in training for product knowledge enhancement.
• Assist in merchandising and promotional displays.
• Prepare weekly reports on sales and customer feedback.

Requirements

Education

• Matric Certificate or higher
• Diploma in Retail Management preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of customer-facing retail experience

Technical Skills

• Point of Sale (POS) Systems
• Visual Merchandising

Soft Skills

• Teamwork
• Problem-solving

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Xhosa: Basic

Advantageous

• Proficiency in additional languages: Having conversational skills in multiple languages is a plus.
