Job Description

As a Retail Manager in Cape Town, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our store, ensuring staff are well-trained and customer service standards are met. Your leadership will be key in delivering an excellent shopping experience and driving our sales strategy.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage.
• Set clear performance goals for team members and provide regular feedback.
• Work closely with supply chain to manage product availability.
• Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Engage with customers to foster relationships and encourage repeat business.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Retail Management or related field

Experience

• 5 years of experience in retail management with a focus on team leadership
