Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Fleet Operations Supervisor to oversee our fleet management operations in Pretoria. The successful candidate will manage day-to-day activities, ensuring compliance with regulations and optimizations, while leading a team dedicated to excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the fleet operations to ensure adherence to company policies.
• Manage the fleet inventory, ensuring all vehicles are accounted for.
• Train staff on best practices for fleet management and safety.
• Negotiate contracts with service providers for fleet maintenance.
• Conduct performance reviews for fleet personnel.
• Collaborate with HR for recruitment and onboarding of fleet staff.
• Monitor the implementation of sustainability practices within fleet operations.
• Provide effective support in fleet budgeting and forecasting activities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Professional certification in fleet management preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of related fleet management experience

Technical Skills

• Supply Chain Management

Certifications

• Certified Automotive Fleet Manager (CAFM)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
