Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Technician to join our Johannesburg office. In this role, you will provide technical support and troubleshooting for our clients, ensuring their IT systems are running smoothly. You'll work closely with our team to resolve issues and support system upgrades.

Responsibilities

  • Manage user accounts and permissions across systems.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to integrate new technologies.
  • Provide training to users on new software and processes.
  • Monitor system performance and suggest improvements.
  • Respond to support requests on an as-needed basis.

Requirements

Education
  • IT-related diploma or degree
  • Relevant certifications are a plus
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
Technical Skills
  • Mac OS
  • Remote Support Tools

  • Team Collaboration
Certifications
  • ITIL Foundation
  • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
Languages
  • English: Fluent
