Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team in Durban. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape and will be responsible for protecting our systems and data from cyber threats.

Responsibilities

• Conduct risk assessments and manage security policies.
• Work with development teams to integrate security into the software development lifecycle.
• Analyze security alerts and provide recommendations.
• Evaluate new security tools and solutions for potential implementation.
• Prepare security reports for management and stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline
• Master's degree in Cybersecurity or IT is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity

• Penetration Testing

Certifications

• CompTIA Security+
• Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)

Languages

• English: Fluent
