Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of tactical teams, ensuring high performance and safety standards.
• Oversee logistical support for space missions from planning through to execution.
• Create and maintain reports on operational productivity and system performance.
• Drive improvements in processes and practices to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders to align on mission goals.
• Lead incident response and management during operational emergencies.
• Engage in active problem-solving to overcome technical and operational challenges.
• Monitor adherence to budgetary guidelines and operational expenses.
• Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new operational staff.
• Facilitate communication between teams to ensure cohesive project execution.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant discipline
• Further qualifications in project management is a plus

• 5+ years in managing operations of technical teams
