Responsibilities

• Lead QA activities for key projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Facilitate testing workshops and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Analyze test results and provide actionable feedback to development teams.
• Implement quality metrics and KPIs to track QA performance.
• Assist in configuring and maintaining testing environments.
• Support deployment activities to ensure a smooth transition to production.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging testing tools.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
• Relevant certifications in Quality Assurance are a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance and software testing.
