We are on the lookout for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to join our dynamic team in Durban. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring our software products meet rigorous quality standards and function as intended. You will need to be adept at identifying and resolving issues, contributing to continuous improvement processes, and working collaboratively with developers and product managers.

Responsibilities

• Engage in functional and non-functional testing to ensure application performance.
• Participate in software requirement reviews to provide feedback on quality considerations.
• Utilize testing tools and frameworks to enhance testing efficiency.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing sessions to gather feedback from end-users.
• Provide training and support for junior QA team members.
• Maintain and update testing documentation as necessary.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent

Experience

• 5+ years in software quality assurance/testing

Technical Skills

• API Testing
• Test Automation
• Test Management Tools

Certifications

• CSTE Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
