Pharmacist

Job Description

Seeking a qualified pharmacist to manage medication dispensation, conduct patient consultations, and ensure drugs are used safely and effectively. You'll need to demonstrate strong clinical knowledge and establish strong relationships with both patients and healthcare colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Dispense prescription medications and counsel patients on the proper use of medications.
• Perform clinical assessments and provide medication therapy management.
• Provide health care advice and support to patients and healthcare providers.
• Ensure accurate medication records and comply with pharmacy regulations.
• Collaborate with medical staff and support teams to optimize patient care.
• Monitor patient health outcomes and adjust treatments as necessary.
• Educate patients about potential side effects and interactions of medications.
• Conduct drug utilization reviews to enhance patient safety.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
• Master's degree in Pharmacy is a plus

Experience

• 1+ year of experience in a pharmacy setting

Certifications

• Registered Pharmacist (SAPC)

Languages

• English: Fluent
