Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for IT support inquiries.
• Determine the cause of technical problems and provide solutions.
• Support remote and onsite users with troubleshooting.
• Manage backups and disaster recovery processes.
• Keep abreast of new technologies and trends in IT.
• Collaborate with vendors to resolve complex issues.
• Provide assistance with IT projects and initiatives.
• Assist in training new staff on IT policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

Experience

• 3-5 years of hands-on IT support experience

• Linux OS

• ITIL Foundation Certification

• Zulu: Conversational
