Responsibilities

• Prepare the dining room for service by organizing chairs and tables according to floor plans.
• Assist in cleaning and restocking supplies needed for service.
• Support the bartending team by preparing garnishes and maintaining the bar area.
• Learn about menu items to assist guests with recommendations.
• Handle guest complaints and feedback in a constructive manner.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a clean and safe environment.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting

• Bartending Skills
• Cash Handling

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Basic

Advantageous

• Knowledge of Wine: Familiarity with various wine types and their pairings.
