Job Description

As a Shuttle Driver and Chauffeur, you will play a crucial role in transporting passengers safely and comfortably to their destinations. You will utilize your excellent driving skills and customer service abilities to ensure a positive experience for every passenger.

Responsibilities

• Drive motor coaches while adhering to safety regulations.
• Ensure a pleasant experience for passengers.
• Communicate effectively with passengers regarding the journey.
• Log travel details and maintain vehicle cleanliness.
• Assist with organizing passenger schedules and pickups.
• Actively engage in customer service to address passenger needs.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks on vehicles.
• Work collaboratively with other transportation staff.

Requirements

Education

• Matric Certificate or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the transportation industry.

Technical Skills

• Strong interpersonal skills
• Vehicle maintenance knowledge

Soft Skills

• Ability to work under pressure
• Punctuality and reliability

Certifications

• First Aid and CPR certification (advantageous)

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Fluent
