• Advise on manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Provide training and guidance to junior engineers.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure quality materials and components.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering or a related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• At least 5 years in automotive product development

Technical Skills

• Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
• Manufacturing Processes

Soft Skills

• Adaptability

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Certification
• Certified Project Manager (CPM)

Languages

• English: Fluent
