Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and treat a wide range of animal health issues.
  • Conduct wellness exams and preventative care consultations.
  • Surgical assistance, including spaying and neutering.
  • Guide and support junior veterinary staff and interns.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Engage with clients to improve their pets' health outcomes.
  • Stay current with advancements in veterinary medicine.
  • Implement pain management and rehabilitation techniques.

Requirements

Education
  • DVM or equivalent veterinary degree
  • Licensure to practice veterinary medicine in South Africa
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a clinical veterinary setting
