• Organize and oversee the receiving, storing, and issuing of materials.
• Develop and maintain efficient warehouse processes to support overall operations.
• Enforce workplace safety policies and conduct regular safety drills.
• Provide training and support to new employees on warehouse procedures.
• Act as a point of contact for logistics and transportation inquiries.

• Matric or equivalent qualification
• Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain Management is advantageous
• Inventory Management Proficient in managing inventory systems and processes.
• Forklift Operation Experienced in operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
• Leadership Proven ability to lead and motivate a team towards shared goals.
• Communication Strong communication skills for instructing staff and liaising with management.
• Certified Warehouse Logistics Professional (CWLP)
• English (Fluent)
• Afrikaans (Conversational)

• Experience with Lean Warehouse Practices: Familiarity with methodologies aimed at improving efficiency in warehouse operations.
• CPR Certification: Certification in CPR to ensure preparedness in emergency situations.
