Job Description

As a Veterinary Pharmacist at Veterinary Solutions Ltd., you will play a critical role in managing and dispensing pharmaceuticals for our animal patients. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of veterinary pharmacology, regulatory compliance, and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage pharmacy operations within the clinic.
  • Ensure that all medications are stored and handled appropriately as per guidelines.
  • Educate and inform pet owners about pharmaceutical options and care.
  • Support veterinarians with drug interactions and client consultations.
  • Assist with training and mentoring pharmacy and veterinary staff.
  • Participate in regular pharmacy meetings to discuss medications and treatments.
  • Handle prescription refills and consultations in a timely manner.
  • Contribute to the development of patient-specific medication plans.
  • Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy environment.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field
  • Master's degree in Veterinary Medicine is an advantage
Experience
  • 4+ years of pharmacy experience, ideally within veterinary practice
