Job Description

Join our team as a Pharmacist, where your expertise will directly contribute to patient health. You will manage medication therapies, counsel patients, and work alongside healthcare teams to optimise treatment plans. Responsibilities

  • Review and interpret medication orders for accuracy.
  • Support pharmacy staff in training and operational procedures.
  • Implement safety and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Assist in emergency care situations with medication management.
  • Engage in community outreach initiatives to promote health and wellness.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
  • Registered as a Pharmacist with the SAPC
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or clinical pharmacy setting.
