We are on the hunt for a skilled Tax Specialist. This position will require you to manage the tax obligations of our clients confidently. You will develop tax strategies, prepare tax documentation, and provide consultancy services. A genuine interest in taxation and the ability to communicate complex tax matters clearly are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Compile and analyze data for tax compliance reports.
• Implement tax strategies that align with client financial goals.
• Assist in setting up bookkeeping practices relevant to tax legislation.
• Communicate with taxation authorities on behalf of clients.
• Develop educational materials for clients regarding tax compliance.
• Provide precise updates on evolving tax policies and practices.
• Manage tax compliance software and related technology.
• Participate in team workshops and brainstorming sessions.
• Prepare proactive recommendations based on tax trends.
• Conduct quarterly tax forecasts and enable proactive tax planning.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Diploma in Taxation or a similar qualification is beneficial

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in taxation or financial advisory

• Income tax law

Certifications

• Registered Tax Practitioner (RTP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
