Job Description

Join us as a Finance Manager where you will strategize and implement financial processes and systems. You’ll mentor a team and ensure compliance with local regulations while seeking ways to maximize revenue.

Responsibilities

• Review and finalize the financial forecasting process.
• Monitor cash flow and manage funds strategically.
• Lead the preparation of annual budgets and long-term finance plans.
• Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective action.
• Facilitate audits and liaise with internal and external auditors.
• Provide guidance on investments and profitability enhancements.
• Optimize financial processes using best practices and technology.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
• Prepare presentations for the management board.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• MBA or similar advanced degree is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years in finance, including managerial experience

Technical Skills

• Cost Accounting

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
