Job Description

As a Dispatcher, you will play a key role in coordinating and managing delivery operations. Your responsibilities include tracking and communicating with drivers to ensure efficient transport services to customers.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and oversee deliveries to ensure efficiency.
• Liaise with drivers to facilitate smooth operations.
• Handle customer complaints and provide timely resolutions.
• Document all deliveries, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
• Ensure adherence to transport regulations.
• Evaluate performance metrics for continuous improvement.
• Cooperate with warehouse staff for efficient logistics operations.
• Monitor vehicle conditions and arrange maintenance as necessary.
• Assist with administrative duties related to dispatching.
• Arrange backup plans for unexpected delivery issues.

Requirements

Education

• Matric Certificate required
• Higher qualification in Logistics is an advantage

Experience

• 2+ years in logistics or dispatch role required.

Languages

• English: Fluent
