Job Description

We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee our logistics operations in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing storage, inventory, and distribution while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. You will lead a team, optimizing warehouse processes and enhancing operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory control processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ensure staff adhere to safety protocols and best practices.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline logistics efforts.
  • Prepare reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and warehouse performance.
  • Identify training needs and facilitate development for warehouse staff.
  • Implement technology solutions to improve tracking and reporting.
  • Oversee facilities management to maintain a safe and organized environment.
  • Engage in strategic planning to meet future storage and distribution needs.
  • Manage vendor relationships for external warehouse services.

Requirements

Education
  • Master’s degree in Logistics or Business Management is preferred
Experience
  • 7+ years in logistics or supply chain management
