Job Description

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will guide daily warehouse activities, ensuring the efficient flow of goods and maintaining high safety standards. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in warehouse operations and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate warehouse operations for optimal output.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely reorders.
• Conduct training on safety practices and warehouse procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain smooth operations.
• Evaluate staff performance and organize team meetings.
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to warehouse operations.
• Lead initiatives to improve operational efficiency and workflow.
• Assist in budgeting and cost control for warehouse expenses.

Requirements

Education

• Matric or equivalent qualification
• Relevant certification in Logistics Management is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse supervision

Technical Skills

• Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Logistics Coordination

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Time Management

Certifications

• Certified Logistics Coordinator (CLC)

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Basic
