We are seeking a passionate Environmental Engineer to join our team in Durban. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing environmental projects that focus on sustainable development and compliance with relevant legislation. This role requires an in-depth understanding of environmental policies, technical assessments, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate projects for potential environmental impacts.
• Assist in the development of proposals for environmental projects.
• Prepare budget estimates for environmental initiatives.
• Engage in training sessions to enhance team knowledge on environmental issues.
• Support the implementation of renewable energy projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or equivalent
• Master's degree in Environmental Engineering preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of extensive experience in environmental consultancy or engineering
