Responsibilities

• Design and conduct clinical trials to evaluate the effectiveness of new medical treatments.
• Analyze complex datasets to interpret research outcomes.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and external stakeholders to enhance research projects.
• Prepare research publications and present findings at conferences.
• Ensure all research activities comply with ethical guidelines and regulations.
• Assist in grant writing and funding applications for ongoing studies.
• Mentor junior researchers and assist with their projects.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Medical Science, Biostatistics, or a related field
• PhD is advantageous

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in medical research or clinical trials

• Knowledge of ethical guidelines in human subjects' research: Understanding of compliance and ethical standards in research involving human subjects.
