You will engage in planning and executing research projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams in planning and implementing clinical research studies.
• Evaluate experimental results and develop conclusions based on evidence.
• Maintain compliance with institutional and regulatory standards in research practices.
• Document research processes and outcomes meticulously for future reference.
• Facilitate partnerships with other research organizations for broader study reach.
• Provide training and support to research assistants and interns.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Medical Science, Biostatistics, or a related field
• PhD is advantageous

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in medical research or clinical trials

• Knowledge of ethical guidelines in human subjects' research: Understanding of compliance and ethical standards in research involving human subjects.
