Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our Pretoria office. You will handle various administrative tasks, support the team with scheduling, and maintain documentation and records. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry and maintain databases.
  • Manage travel arrangements and itineraries.
  • Assist with bookkeeping and invoicing tasks.
  • Implement office procedures and policies.
  • Monitor and report on office supply levels.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in administrative support roles
