Job Description

As a Patient Experience Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring patients have a positive experience during their healthcare journey. This position involves interacting with patients, understanding their needs, and facilitating effective communication between them and healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Act as an advocate for patients, ensuring their voices are heard.
• Maintain and update patient information in the healthcare database.
• Organize patient-focused programs and initiatives.
• Work closely with the marketing team to promote patient engagement activities.
• Train staff on patient satisfaction initiatives and expectations.
• Monitor patient satisfaction metrics and report findings to management.
• Provide administrative support to the patient services department.
• Participate in team meetings to provide insights into patient experiences.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Social Work, or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of patient experience management or a related role

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with patient satisfaction surveys and feedback systems: Proven track record of implementing effective patient feedback systems.
