Responsibilities

  • Lead projects to scale up production from laboratory to full operational capacity.
  • Analyze production data to determine process improvements and efficiencies.
  • Interface with suppliers and vendors to enhance production capabilities.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental and health regulations in all phases of operation.
  • Develop and maintain safety protocols and emergency response plans.
  • Contribute to strategic planning for the future direction of engineering projects.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline
  • Master's degree in Chemical Engineering is an advantage
Experience
  • Requires at least 5 years of experience in the chemical industry or process engineering
