Responsibilities

  • Assist patients in understanding medication usage, side effects, and benefits.
  • Maintain accurate pharmacy records and documentation.
  • Participate in medication therapy management and patient care plans.
  • Support health promotion initiatives and community education.
  • Conduct reviews of current medications and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Oversee the sale of over-the-counter medications and advice patients.
  • Participate in continuous professional development activities.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's Degree in Pharmacy
  • PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences is advantageous

  • 4+ years of clinical pharmacy experience
