Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Penetration Tester to join our cybersecurity team in Bloemfontein. The ideal candidate will utilize various testing methods to identify vulnerabilities in our systems and applications, ensuring robust protection against cyber threats. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our IT and security teams to develop and implement effective security measures.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage security tools for continuous monitoring.
• Collaborate on incident response strategies to address vulnerabilities.
• Perform code reviews with a focus on security weaknesses.
• Advise on risk assessment and compliance measures.
• Contribute to the security knowledge base and documentation.
• Conduct security awareness training for employees.
• Engage in research on emerging technologies and methodologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security or related field
• Master's degree a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in cybersecurity roles
