Responsibilities

• Perform regular maintenance checks and upgrades on IT systems.
• Assist in managing user accounts and access permissions.
• Respond to and resolve IT support tickets promptly.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate or diploma in IT or a related field
• Relevant professional IT certification is a plus

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in an IT support role

Technical Skills

• Windows and Linux operating systems
• Networking concepts

Certifications

• CompTIA A+
