Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Physiotherapist to provide high-quality care to patients in Johannesburg. You will work with diverse patient populations, devising effective treatment strategies to improve their physical health and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on therapy techniques including manual therapy and modalities.
• Guide and supervise patients through rehabilitation exercises.
• Develop patient education materials for prevention and care.
• Contribute to departmental quality improvement initiatives.
• Participate in staff meetings and case discussions.
• Foster positive relationships with patients and their families.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy
• Master's degree is considered an asset

Experience

• 3+ years of relevant experience

• Manual Therapy
• Exercise Therapy

Certifications

• Basic Life Support Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Conversational

Advantageous

• Dry Needling Certification: Certified in dry needling techniques for pain management.
• Experience in Community Health Initiatives: History of engaging in community health programs and wellness activities.
