Hospitality Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Hospitality Manager to oversee our hotel operations in beautiful Hermanus. You will lead a dedicated team, ensure guest satisfaction, and drive our commitment to eco-friendly practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the hotel team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Develop training programs to enhance staff skills.
• Create and maintain budgetary reports.
• Plan and execute events and special promotions.
• Serve as a point of contact for guests and address their needs.
• Collaborate with local businesses to create partnership opportunities.
• Evaluate guest satisfaction through surveys and feedback.
• Promote sustainability initiatives within the hotel.
• Provide regular reports to the General Manager.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
• Relevant certifications in hospitality management are preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in hotel management or a similar role
