Job Description

As a Pharmacist at Pharmacy Group, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that patients receive the correct medications and adhere to their treatment plans. You will work collaboratively with healthcare providers and patients, providing vital information about medications, their side effects, and the best practices for their usage.

Responsibilities

• Dispense prescription medications and ensure accuracy in fulfilling prescriptions.
• Provide information to patients regarding medications, health issues, and wellness management.
• Manage inventory and ensure the availability of medications.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to design patient care plans.
• Counsel patients on drug interactions, side effects, and therapies.
• Maintain records of patient's medication profiles and health history.
• Participate in continuous education and training programs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
• Additional certifications in specialty areas (e.g., clinical pharmacy) is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a clinical or community pharmacy setting

Certifications

• Board Certification in Pharmacy Specialties (BCPS)
