Job Description

As a Pharmacist at Pharmacy Group, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that patients receive the correct medications and adhere to their treatment plans. You will work collaboratively with healthcare providers and patients, providing vital information about medications, their side effects, and the best practices for their usage.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with local and national health regulations.
  • Monitor patient's medication therapies for effectiveness and safety.
  • Record prescription drug usage and manage pharmaceutical waste.
  • Provide immunization services when certified.
  • Assist in the training of pharmacy staff and interns.
  • Evaluate new pharmaceutical products and drugs for use in the organization.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
  • Additional certifications in specialty areas (e.g., clinical pharmacy) is a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a clinical or community pharmacy setting
