Job Description

The Hat Forming Machine Operator is pivotal in our manufacturing process, responsible for operating and maintaining hat forming machines. This role requires keen attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively within a team to ensure the efficient production of various types of hats. The ideal candidate will bring their technical skills and craftsmanship to the forefront, ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality hats by following detailed machine operation protocols.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations during operation.
• Evaluate production metrics and suggest improvements.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the production area.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production targets and improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate or equivalent
• Formal training in the textile manufacturing process is a plus

Experience

• 2-3 years' experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in textile production.
