Job Description

We are seeking a Clinical Psychologist to join our dedicated team in Pretoria. The successful candidate will provide psychological assessment, therapy, and support services to clients facing a variety of mental health challenges. You will collaborate with other professionals to develop and implement treatment plans and conduct individual and group therapy sessions.

Responsibilities

  • Perform diagnostic evaluations and create individualized treatment strategies.
  • Lead therapy groups focused on supporting specific mental health issues.
  • Work collaboratively with social workers and psychiatrists for integrated care.
  • Provide crisis intervention services as needed.
  • Educate the community about mental health to reduce stigma and promote wellness.
  • Contribute to the development of mental health programs and resources.

Requirements

Education
  • Doctorate in Psychology (PhD or PsyD)
  • Registration with the HPCSA as a Clinical Psychologist
Experience
  • 4+ years of clinical experience preferred
